Notes on Venezuela Dialing
Venezuela uses a 10-digit national numbering plan: a 3-digit area code followed by a 7-digit subscriber number. When dialing domestically, a leading 0 is sometimes used before the area code (e.g., 0212 for Caracas), but **when calling from abroad, omit the leading zero** and dial +58 directly followed by the 3-digit area code and 7-digit number.
Mobile numbers also follow the same 10-digit format and are included in the area code system (e.g., mobile numbers in Caracas may start with 412, 414, 424, etc., but these are now integrated into the geographic numbering plan).
